Braised Beef and Veggie with Horseradish Potato Mash

Ingredients

Braised Beef

  • 1 braised beef and veggies

Mash

  • 800g potatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 pack horseradish

Steps

  1. Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Remove plastic cover from beef and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook potato mash Peel and dice potatoes 2cm. Cook in pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Thinly slice spring onions and add to pot along with a knob of butter and milk. Mash until smooth, fold through horseradish and season to taste.
  3. Serve potato mash topped with braised beef and veggies.
