Ingredients

Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 beef stroganoff

Pappardelle and Beans

  • 2⁄3 pack pappardelle pasta
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ pack green beans

Steps

  1. Cook beef stroganoff Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from stroganoff and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook pasta and prep beans Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Once boiling, cook pasta for 8–10 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of olive oil to avoid sticking. Trim green beans. Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Once boiling, cook beans until bright green and tender, 3-4 minutes. Drain, toss with a knob of butter and season.
  3. Serve pappardelle topped with beef stroganoff and green beans on the side.
