Beef and Mozzarella Pie with Tomato and Spinach Salad

Pie

  • 1 beef and mozzarella pie

Tomato Salad

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 pack baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

Steps

  1. Cook beef pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from beef and mozzarella pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray.
  2. Prep vegetables Dice tomatoes 2cm and toss in bowl with basil, spinach and balsamic dressing. Season.
  3. Serve beef and mozzarella pie with tomato and spinach salad on the side.
