Am I locked into a subscription?
Our service is subscription based which means that you’re signing up to receive recurring deliveries on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We know that things can change, so we offer the ability to skip or cancel future deliveries any time before Sunday 11:59 PM.
What address will my delivery come to?
Your delivery will go directly to your address. If you have any specific instructions required to help our drivers get your bag safely to you, you will have the option to add this to your account.
What if I’m not home when you deliver my bag?
If you’re not home when we deliver, our driver will make sure to leave your bag in a secure and safe location. We will also send you a text to let you know when your bag has been dropped off, so you can get home to pop it inside.
How does payment work?
Our payments are processed automatically early Monday mornings. If you have an active subscription, you can make changes to your next week's order by Sunday midnight before it is locked in and confirmed with us for delivery.
What days and times do you deliver?
Our delivery days are Saturday, Sunday, or Monday depending on what product you are ordering. For Sunday deliveries we offer a time window in the afternoon and evenings, while Saturday and Monday deliveries are made between 7 am and 5 pm. You can select the best time and day that works for you during sign up.
