- 100 g vermicelli noodles string removed
- 350 g pre-cut slaw
- 1 tsp garlic flakes
- 100 g Thai-style salad dressing
- 180 g smoked salmon
- 1 Tbsp roasted peanuts
- pinch chilli flakes
Before you start Bring a full kettle to the boil. Cook vermicelli Remove string from vermicelli. Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Use a fork to separate strands, then cover. Leave for 5 minutes, then drain well. Return to bowl and cut in a few places with kitchen scissors to make them easier to eat. Finish salad Add slaw, garlic flakes and Thai dressing to bowl. Flake in salmon and toss gently to combine. Serve Serve salad in bowls. Sprinkle over peanuts and chilli flakes.
