- 1 beetroot thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 Tbsp lite cream cheese
- handful radish sprouts
- salt & pepper to taste
Before you start Preheat oven to 200C (or 220 fan bake). Prep toppings Thinly slice beetroot. Toss on a lined tray with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through. Prep toast Place bread slice into toaster and toast to your liking. Toppings Spread on cream cheese and add beetroot. Top with radish sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
