Beetroot, Cream Cheese & Sprout Sourdough Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 Tbsp lite cream cheese
  • handful radish sprouts
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Before you start
    Preheat oven to 200C (or 220 fan bake).
  • Prep toppings
    Thinly slice beetroot. Toss on a lined tray with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Prep toast
    Place bread slice into toaster and toast to your liking.
  • Toppings
    Spread on cream cheese and add beetroot. Top with radish sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
