Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C fan bake). Preheat two oven trays.
Transfer tortillas to baking trays and bake for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Once the bases begin to crisp, spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza bases and bake again for a further 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut cherry tomatoes in quarters, dice mozzarella and mince garlic. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
Top pizza bases with bruschetta topping and sprinkle over basil leaves.
