Bruschetta Wrap Pizza

Bruschetta Pizza is a delicious, refreshing, light twist on traditional pizza! It combines fresh ingredients, vibrant colours, and bursts with Italian flavours for a mouthwatering experience.

  • 1 pack wheatmeal tortillas
  • 100 g pizza sauce
  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 125 g mozzarella, diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 10 g bunch basil


  • Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C fan bake). Preheat two oven trays.
  • Transfer tortillas to baking trays and bake for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Once the bases begin to crisp, spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza bases and bake again for a further 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut cherry tomatoes in quarters, dice mozzarella and mince garlic. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top pizza bases with bruschetta topping and sprinkle over basil leaves.
