Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake). Set aside a lined baking tray.
Place pulled pork in a heatproof bowl and use a fork to separate pieces. Microwave for 2 minutes and use fork again to pull apart. Season with salt and pepper.
Do not separate individual buns. Place hand flat on top of buns and use a bread knife to slice through all of the buns horizontally, taking care not to pull them apart.
Place butter and honey in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 second bursts.
Place bottom buns on lined baking tray and spread with mayonnaise. Top with an even layer of pork, cheese, jalapeños, half of butter mixture and bun tops. Bake for about 6 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
Once sliders have cooked, brush buns with remaining butter mixture. Pull apart to serve.
