How can I check if My Food Bag delivers to my address?
You can check the specific days and times available to you during the sign up process. After selecting the plan you're interested in, you will be presented the option to enter your delivery details. As you start filling this form out, you will see address suggestions for you to be able to select your correct address. If we are able to deliver to you, the delivery day(s) and time(s) that are available will show alongside dates you can select for your first delivery.
What days and times does My Food Bag deliver?
Our delivery days are Saturday, Sunday or Monday depending on your location and what product you are ordering. Delivery times using our dedicated service are Sunday afternoons and evenings, while our regional service on Saturdays and Mondays offers delivery between 7am and 5pm.
What if I’m not at home when you deliver my bag?
Not to worry! If you’re not home when we deliver, our driver will follow your personal delivery instructions, or leave your box in a secure location away from the elements to keep it safe. If you have chosen a Sunday delivery slot, you'll get a text as soon your bag has been delivered. For Saturday or Monday deliveries, you will receive a tracking number in the morning so that you can see when your box has been delivered.
Will the contents of my box remain fresh if I'm not home to accept the delivery?
Absolutely! Your delivery is packed with specialty insulation and ice packs to keep the magic cool and fresh until you can get to it. Just be sure to pop your ingredients in the fridge as soon as you get home.
