Our gluten free meal kit is the perfect solution for those following a gluten free diet and suitable for anyone with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease.
What gluten free alternatives can I expect to be used in this bag?
Our gluten free recipes use a variety of alternative carbohydrate sources, including quinoa, brown and white rice, legumes, starchy and root vegetables, and gluten free bread and pasta products. You will not find any gluten containing grains, or derivatives of these grains, as well as any products, sauces or spice mixes containing gluten.
How can I be confident all of the ingredients will be gluten free?
We have strict processes in place to ensure that our My Gluten Free Bag is packed in an environment that ensures there is no cross-contamination with wheat or gluten. By working with a select group of trusted and approved suppliers for the ingredients in this bag, we ensure all products supplied meet our requirements and have been verified as gluten free. All products supplied are also checked to ensure they comply with up-to-date allergen labelling requirements.
