Our Low Carb meals are your best option on our menu if you are following a keto diet. Our Low Carb meals are nutritionally balanced with less than 30g carbs per serve. Meals contain a variety of protein sources, and we balance the use of dairy foods with healthy sources of fat from olive oil, avocado, nuts and seeds. The benefit of our meals is they often hero fibre containing foods like broccoli, cauliflower, nuts and seeds.
