PB & J Protein Smoothie

Peanut butter and jam are a classic combination, the perfect balance of tart sweetness and buttery saltiness. Try this delicious smoothie packed with ~25 grams of protein – a delectable flavour profile to help you start your day in the right, and delicious, way.

PB & J Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 banana sliced 2cm
  • 2 scoops of your preferred protein powder
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup of your preferred milk i.e. cow's milk, soy, almond etc
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Toppings

  • 2 tsp freeze dried raspberries optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves picked

Instructions

  • Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.  
  • Top with freeze-dried raspberries (if using), chopped peanuts and garnish with mint.
