PB & J Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 banana sliced 2cm
- 2 scoops of your preferred protein powder
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup of your preferred milk i.e. cow's milk, soy, almond etc
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Toppings
- 2 tsp freeze dried raspberries optional
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves picked
Instructions
- Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.
- Top with freeze-dried raspberries (if using), chopped peanuts and garnish with mint.
