Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 3 grams instant coffee
- 2 scoops of your preferred protein powder
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3 cups milk
- 200 grams jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Vanilla Yoghurt
- 200 grams plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions
- Before you start: Bring a kettle to the boil.
- Make overnight oats: In a bowl, mix coffee and protein powders with boiling water measure to dissolve. Add preferred milk, stir and then add the remaining oats ingredients. Mix until well combined, cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Make vanilla yoghurt: Mix yoghurt with vanilla and maple syrup.
- Serve: Layer the overnight oats in a cup, jar or bowl. Top with vanilla yogurt, a dusting of cocoa powder and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
- Tip: Prepare oats the night before and save time in the morning.
