Breakfast for 3 Days! Apple Bircher

Elevate your morning routine with our wholesome bircher blend. Sweetened naturally with apple and dates and topped with Greek yoghurt and crunchy pumpkin seeds. The best part? You can prep this in advance to grab-and-go each morning! Add protein powder to boost protein!

Ingredients

Bircher

  • 3 red apples grated
  • 1/3 cup dates chopped
  • 200 grams rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk

Toppings

  • 200 grams Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Make bircher: Grate apple and chop dates. Place in a large bowl along with oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk and a pinch of salt. Mix together until well combined. Portion into 6 containers and refrigerate. 
  • Serve: Each day, top each bircher portion with 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt and 2 tsp pumpkin seeds.
