Haloumi & Mushroom Skewers
Ingredients
- 10 skewers
 - 150g haloumi cheese, diced 2cm
 - 150g mushrooms, halved
 - 2 courgette, diced 2cm
 - 100g cherry tomatoes
 - 1 tsp oil
 
Instructions
- Before you start Preheat oven to high grill. Soak skewers in water for about 5 minutes.
 - Prep skewers Prep haloumi, mushrooms and courgette. Thread a mixture of haloumi and veggies onto skewers.
 - Cook skewers Place skewers on an oven tray, drizzle over oil and turn to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place under grill for 5-6minutes, turning every minute, until golden and cooked.
