At My Food Bag, we prioritise whole, minimally processed foods with a focus on quality. Serving sizes and overall nutrition profile do vary depending on the recipe, but in general, our bags are designed to serve 1, 2, 4 or 6 people.
Our nutrition team and chefs design our recipes with balance in mind to cover off the major food groups. Our meals typically follow the plate model which reflect the latest Ministry of Health Eating and Activity guidelines. This is typically ½ plate vegetables (mainly non-starchy), ¼ plate protein foods and ¼ plate carbohydrate foods.
