Gratin

  • 1 chicken potato gratin

Broccoli

  • 1/2 broccoli

Steps

  1. Cook gratin Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from gratin. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and golden.
  2. Cook broccoli Cut broccoli into small florets and place in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water, cover and steam for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain, drizzle with olive oil and season.
  3. Serve chicken gratin with broccoli on the side.
