Chicken Potato Gratin with Buttered Peas

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 chicken potato gratin

Buttered Peas

  • 150g peas
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove seal film from meal. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add peas to boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain and return to pot with butter and sliced spring onion. Season to taste.
  4. Serve chicken gratin topped with buttered peas.
