
Chicken with Sesame Soba Noodles

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 pack marinated chicken stir-fry
Noodles
- 1 1/2 bundles soba noodles
- 1 pack green beans
- 1 pack slaw
- 1 pack sesame seeds
- 1 pack noodle dressing
To Serve
- 1 pack roasted sesame dressing
- 1 pack crispy shallots
Steps

Before you start, bring a medium pot of salted water to the boil on high heat (using hot tap water, with the lid on).

Cook chicken. Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium fry-pan on high heat. Season chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until just cooked. Cover to rest.

Meanwhile, cook noodles & green beans. Cook noodles in pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes. Add green beans and cook for 2 more minutes, until noodles are just cooked. Drain, run under cold water and shake to drain well. Use scissors to cut in a few places, if desired.

Finish noodles. Toss noodles, beans, slaw, sesame seeds and noodle dressing together (add dressing to suit your tastes). Season.

Serve chicken on noodles topped with roasted sesame dressing and crispy shallots.
