Nasi goreng, which literally translates to fried rice, is an absolute crowd pleaser and our one is no different! Packed with nutrient dense vegetables and made with precooked rice, you will have this dinner whipped up in no time!
Ingredients

- 1 tsp chopped peanuts
Egg
- 1/2 tsp chilli oil
- 1 egg
Nasi Goreng
- 1/4 tsp chilli oil
- 1/4 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 15g garlic paste
- 140g diced free range chicken breast
- 75g slaw
- 1 Tbsp nasi goreng sauce
- 1/4 pack precooked brown rice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Steps

Heat first measure of chilli oil (see tip) in a medium frypan on high heat. Thinly slice capsicum and add to pan along with garlic paste, chicken and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 8 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Add slaw and nasi goreng sauce and stir fry for about 2 minutes, until tender. Add rice and soy and stir through for about 1 minute, until everything is hot. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt.

Heat second measure of chilli oil in a second medium frypan on medium-high heat. Crack eggs into pan and cook for about 4 minutes for runny yolks, or until cooked to your liking.
