Ingredients
Wagyu Beef Patties
- 50g Colby cheese, grated
- 200g wagyu beef burger patties
- 1 drizzle of oil
To Serve
- 2 Tbsp pickle mustard
- 1 pack pretzel burger bun, cut in half
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

Heat oil in a large frypan on high heat. Cook patties for about 2 minutes each side, until browned and almost cooked through. While patties are cooking, grate cheese.

When patties are cooked through, remove pan from heat and top patties with cheese. Cover with a lid for about 2 minutes to melt cheese.

Cut buns in half and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds, until warmed through.

Separate lettuce leaves and thinly slice tomato and cucumber.

Fill burger buns with wagyu beef patties, pickle mustard, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Serve any remaining salad on the side.
