Delicious and easy turkey wraps!
Ingredients
HONEY AND SOY TURKEY WRAPS
- 1 packet wholemeal tortilla wraps
- 10 honey and soy turkey kebabs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 avocado
JAPANESE SLAW
- ½ bag radishes (optional, adults)
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 1 bag ranch slaw
- ½-1 sachet soy dressing
TO SERVE
- 1 pottle Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 sachet toasted peanuts and sesame seeds

oven to 220°C. Preheat BBQ hot plate or grill to medium (if using).

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large fry-pan on medium-high heat. Wrap a stack of tortillas in foil and place in oven to warm, until ready to serve.

Pan-fry turkey skewers, in two batches, for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn to ensure even cooking and add extra oil if needed.

Set skewers aside on a plate, drizzle over soy sauce and cover with foil to rest.

While turkey kebabs cook, dice avocado 2cm and set aside. Cut radishes in half and thinly slice (if using). Thinly shred lettuce and add both to a large bowl alogn with all remaining Japanese slaw ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Set aside.

Remove turkey from skewers. To do this, hold end of skewer with one hand and use a fork to pull meat away.

Place everything in the middle of the table and let everyone build their own wraps. Hold a wrap in your hand, top with some honey soy turkey, Japanese slaw, avocado and a dollop of Japanese mayonnaise. Sprinkle over toasted peanuts and sesame seeds.
