10-Minute Korean-Style Pork Stir-Fry with Rice & Crispy Shallots

Ingredients
Pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 500g free farmed pork mince
- 1 pack Asian garlic five spice blend
- 1/4 cup water
Veggies
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 350g slaw
- 2 pack sesame seeds
- 150g Korean soy chilli sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Rice
- 2 pack precooked brown rice
- 3 cup frozen peas
To Serve
- 4 Tbsp sesame dressing
- 1 pack crispy shallots
- 1 bunch coriander
Steps

Heat sesame oil in a frypan on medium-high heat. Cook pork and measure of spices with a pinch of salt, stirring, for 4-5 minutes until browned. Add water measure and cook for about 1 minute, until reduced slightly.

Heat sesame oil in a second frypan on medium-high heat. Add slaw and sesame seeds with a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Toss Korean soy chilli sauce and vinegar through veggies.

Once pork is cooked, add to pan with veggies and toss to combine.

Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains. Tear top and add to a heatproof bowl with peas (S2 & S4 only) and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Divide rice between bowls and top with pork stir-fry. Drizzle with sesame dressing and sprinkle over crispy shallots and coriander.
