Pre-Prepped Texan Pulled Pork Crunch Burger with Ranch Slaw

This ultimate flavour experience features tender, succulent pulled pork drenched in Culley's Texas sauce, delivering that perfect blend of sweet, smoky, and spicy goodness. We've added a layer of crispy potato crisps to give you that satisfying crunch with every bite.
Ingredients
Pulled Pork
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 20g garlic paste
- 1 pack smoky Texan spices
- 600g free farmed pulled pork
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 pack Texas sauce
Buns
- 2 pack burger buns
Slaw
- 1 telegraph cucumber, cut in half lengthways & thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cut into matchsticks
- 350g slaw
- 100g ranch dressing
To Serve
- 1 pack cider vinegar & sea salt crisps
- 1/2 pack Texas sauce

Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake).

Thinly slice onion and cucumber. Cut apple into matchsticks. Set aside seperately.

Heat oil in a frypan on medium-high heat. Cook onion, garlic paste and measure of spices for 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add pulled pork and water measure and cook for a further 3 minutes until pork is hot. Toss through Texas sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.

To a salad bowl, add all slaw ingredients and toss. Set aside for serving.

Cut buns in half horizontally and place back together on an oven tray. Bake for about 4 minutes, until warm and toasted.

Fill buns with pulled pork, slaw and potato crisps for extra crunch. Serve the rest of the salad and crisps on the side.
