A light and fragrant addition to our Fusion Flavours range, this mild curry is packed with free-range chicken, lots of colourful veg and served with brown rice to keep the dish under 450 calories. Delicious and nutritious – a great quick curry that will leave you feeling satisfied. (405g).

  1. If frozen, defrost completely before heating. Remove any packets inside the container before heating.
  2. Microwave: Open film seal slightly. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, or until piping hot.
  3. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C on bake. DO NOT GRILL. Remove film seal completely and cover with foil. Place container on an oven tray and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and piping hot. Remove from oven on tray.
