Slow cooked to perfection in a sauce flavoured with sumac, cinnamon, ginger and dried apricots, this lamb shank is sure to melt in the mouth. Served with a creamy pumpkin and kūmara mash. (425g)

  1. If frozen, defrost completely before heating. Remove any packets inside the container before heating.
  2. Microwave: Open seal slightly and cook on HIGH for 6-8 minutes, until piping hot. Turn lamb shank halfway through.
  3. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C on bake. DO NOT GRILL. Remove film seal completely and cover with foil. Place container on an oven tray and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and piping hot. Remove from oven on tray.
