Basil Gremolata Piccolo Potatoes

This medley of gold, red and purple baby potatoes would be amazing on their own but the addition of zesty basil gremolata makes for some of the best potatoes you’ve ever had.


Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 100g basil gremolata

Steps

  1. Cut any larger potatoes in half so potatoes are all the same size. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with hot tap water and a good pinch of salt. Bring to a boil with lid on, then remove lid and reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 15 minutes, until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to pot with basil gremolata, tossing until coated.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving platter.
