Merry Christmas, from our family to yours! These indulgent treats will definitely get you on Santa’s ‘nice’ list. There will be plenty left over for you and the family to enjoy too!

- 170g butter, melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pack double chocolate cookie mix
To serve
- 1 bottle milk

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Melt butter.

In a large bowl, mix together egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add Double Chocolate Cookie Mix and melted butter and mix gently to form a dough. Whisk egg and vanilla in a large bowl, add cookie mix and melted butter and mix gently to form a dough.

Dollop heaped tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays. Bake cookies for about 12 minutes, until golden. Swap trays halfway through to cook evenly.
