Here’s a warm, incredibly tasty dish that anyone can get cosy with. This recipe has caramelised onions, tender chicken breasts and is topped with cheese! It’s rich without being heavy, and deeply flavorful and all under 450 cals! (430g)

  1. If frozen, defrost completely before heating. Remove any packets inside the container before heating.
  2. Microwave: Open film seal slightly. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, or until piping hot.
  3. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C on bake. DO NOT GRILL. Remove film seal completely and cover with foil. Place container on an oven tray and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and piping hot. Remove from oven on tray.
