Ingredients
Fries
- 400g shoestring fries
Brisket
- 1 pack BBQ beef brisket
- 6 rewena bread buns
Beetroot Slaw
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 beetroot
- 2-3 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1-1½ tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
To Serve
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 1 pottle BBQ mayo (optional)

Preheat oven to 230°C. Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Line two oven trays with baking paper. Pat fries dry, place on prepared tray in a single layer, drizzle with oil and season. Bake (on second highest rack) for about 15 minutes, until tender.

Turn oven to high grill. Grill fries for 5-10 minutes, until golden and crispy. While potatoes cook, keeping beef brisket in the bag, carefully place into pot of boiling water (making sure beef if completely submerged) and reduce to a fast simmer. Cook for about 18 minutes, until beef is hot through.
