Beef Ragú with Sour Cream and Fettucine

Ingredients

Beef Ragu

  • 1 beef ragu
  • 200g fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 4 Tbsp sour cream

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from beef ragú and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Remove from oven, on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta for about 10-12 minutes or until just tender. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. To finish Grate courgette. When ragú is ready, carefully fold through courgette and 2 Tbsp sour cream.
  4. To serve Divide pasta between bowls and top with beef ragú and a dollop of remaining sour cream
