Beef Moussaka with Salad

Ingredients

Moussaka

  • 1 beef moussaka

Salad

  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 pack balsamic salad dressing

Steps

  1. Cook moussaka Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from beef moussaka and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray
  2. Prep salad Roughly chop lettuce; dice tomatoes 1 cm; thinly slice onion. Toss together in large bowl with balsamic salad dressing. Season to taste.
  3. Serve Moussaka between plates with salad on the side.
