Pie
- 1 chicken and leek pie
Salad
- 1 broccoli
- 1 apple
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 1 pack honey mustard vinaigrette

Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic sleeve from chicken pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through and the pastry is golden. Remove from oven, on tray

Prep salad Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Cut broccoli into small florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and add to large bowl. Thinly slice apple and roughly chop lettuce. Toss together with broccoli and vinaigrette. Season to taste.

Serve Chicken pie with salad on the side.
