Chicken Potato Gratin with Roasted Broccolini and Almonds

Ingredients
Gratin
- 1 chicken potato gratin
Broccolini
- ½ bunch broccolini
- 1 pack almonds
- Juice of ½ lemon

Cook gratin Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken potato gratin. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.

Cook broccolini Cut broccolini into small florets and slice stalk 1cm. Toss on a second lined oven tray with a drizzle of oil, sprinkle with almonds and season. When gratin has about 15 minutes cook time remaining, place tray in oven (on rack below gratin) and roast for about 12 minutes, until tender. Squeeze over lemon juice and season.

Serve chicken potato gratin with roasted broccolini on the side.
