Braised Beef and Winter Veggie with Horseradish Potato Mash

Ingredients
Braised Beef
- 1 braised beef and root veggies
Mash
- 800g potatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk
- 40g horseradish

Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Remove plastic cover from braised beef and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Remove from oven, on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook potato mash Peel and dice potatoes 2cm. Cook in pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Thinly slice spring onions and add to pot along with butter and milk. Mash until smooth, fold through horseradish and season.

Serve mash topped with braised beef and root veggies.
