Chicken Cacciatore with Orzo

Ingredients

Chicken Cacciatore

  • 1 chicken cacciatore

Orzo

  • ¾ pack orzo pasta
  • ⅓ pack baby spinach *

Steps

  1. Cook chicken cacciatore Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from cacciatore and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook orzo Bring a pot of hot salted water to the boil. Once boiling, cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain, return to pot and stir through a drizzle of olive oil and spinach. Season.
  3. Serve orzo topped with chicken cacciatore.
