Beef Steaks with Tomato Salad and Garlic Aioli

  • 400g potatoes
  • 1 carrot


  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ capsicum
  • 50g feta cheese


  • 1 pack beef sirloin steaks
  • 1 pack beef spices

To Serve

  • 1 pack garlic aioli


  1. Cook chips Preheat oven to 220°C. Preheat BBQ grill to medium (if using). Cut potatoes and carrot into 1cm chips and toss with a drizzle of oil on a lined oven tray. Season and bake for about 25 minutes until tender and golden.
  2. Prep salad Thinly slice tomatoes and capsicum into rounds and arrange on a plate. Crumble over feta.
  3. Cook beef Pat beef dry, season and toss with beef spices and a drizzle of oil. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry- pan on medium heat. Cook beef for 3-4 minutes each side, for medium (depending on thickness), or until cooked to your liking. Rest covered. Alternatively, cook beef on BBQ.
  4. To finish Drizzle salad with a little oil and vinegar just before serving and season. Thinly slice beef against the grain and toss in any resting juices.
  5. Serve beef, chips and salad with garlic aioli.
