Beef Steaks with Tomato Salad and Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
Chips
- 400g potatoes
- 1 carrot
Salad
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ capsicum
- 50g feta cheese
Beef
- 1 pack beef sirloin steaks
- 1 pack beef spices
To Serve
- 1 pack garlic aioli

Cook chips Preheat oven to 220°C. Preheat BBQ grill to medium (if using). Cut potatoes and carrot into 1cm chips and toss with a drizzle of oil on a lined oven tray. Season and bake for about 25 minutes, until tender and golden.

Prep salad Thinly slice tomatoes and capsicum into rounds and arrange on a plate. Crumble over feta.

Cook beef Pat beef dry, season and toss with beef spices and a drizzle of oil. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium heat. Cook beef for 3-4 minutes each side for medium (depending on thickness), or until cooked to your liking. Rest, covered. Alternatively cook beef on BBQ.

To finish Drizzle salad with a little olive oil and vinegar just before serving and season. Thinly slice beef against the grain and toss in any resting juices.

Serve Beef, chips and salad with garlic aioli.
