  • 150g potatoes

  • 3 vine tomatoes *
  • ½ capsicum *
  • 1 Tbsp feta cheese *
  • 1 bunch basil

  • 1 pack beef sirloin steak
  • 1 pack beef spices

To Serve

  • 1 Tbsp garlic aioli

  1. Cook chips Preheat BBQ grill to medium (if using). Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut potatoes into 1cm chips and toss with a drizzle of oil on a lined tray. Season and bake for about 20 minutes, until tender and golden.
  2. Prep salad Thinly slice tomatoes and capsicum into rounds and arrange on a plate. Crumble over feta and top with basil leaves.
  3. Cook beef Pat beef dry, season and toss with beef spices and a drizzle of oil. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium heat. Cook beef for about 3 minutes each side, for medium (depending on thickness), or until cooked to your liking. Rest covered. Alternatively cook beef on BBQ.
  4. To finish Drizzle salad with olive oil and vinegar just before serving and season. Thinly slice beef against the grain and toss in any resting juices.
  5. Serve beef, chips and salad with garlic aioli.
