Creamy Chicken and Chorizo Penne

Chicken and Chorizo

  • 1 chicken and chorizo
  • ¼-½ cup sour cream


  • ½ pack penne pasta


  1. Cook chicken and chorizo Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken and chorizo and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray and stir through sour cream. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through. Creamy
  2. Cook pasta Bring a large pot of salted hot tap water to the boil. Once boiling, cook pasta for 8–10 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of oil to avoid sticking.
  3. Serve penne topped with creamy chicken and chorizo.
