- 1 lamb ragù and rigatoni bake
Vine Tomato and Basil Salad
- 1 pack vine tomatoes
- ½ pack baby spinach
- 1 pack balsamic dressing
To Serve
- 1 bunch basil

Cook lamb ragù Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic sleeve from lamb ragù. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 30 minutes, until heated through.

Prep salad Dice tomatoes 1cm and add to a bowl with baby spinach and dressing. Toss to combine and season.

Serve lamb ragù and rigatoni with salad on the side and sprinkle with basil.
