Rice

  • 1½ cups Japanese brown rice
  • 2¼ cups water

Katsu

  • 1 Tbsp katsu sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 pack chicken breasts
  • ½ cup GF flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Slaw

  • 1 baby bok choy
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ telegraph cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

To Serve

  • Remaining katsu sauce
