Ingredients
Pork
- 1 pack pulled pork
- 1 pack five spice mix
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
To Serve
- Wraps
- Crispy shallots
- Coriander
Slaw
- 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
- ½ pack slaw
- 1 Tbsp sesame mayo
From the Pantry
- Oil
- Salt & Peper

Cook pork Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook pork, five spice mix and 2 tablespoons water for 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Stir through 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (reserve remaining, to serve) and cook for about 1 more minute

Meanwhile, prep capsicum Combine capsicum with slaw and 1 tablespoon sesame mayo (reserve remaining, to serve). Toss well.

Heat tacos Place stack of wraps on a plate. Cover with another plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on your microwave), until heated through.

Serve wraps filled with pork and slaw. Top with crispy shallots and coriander and drizzle over remaining hoisin sauce and sesame mayo
