Ingredients
Salmon
- 2 packs salmon fillet
- 1 pack teriyaki sauce
- 1 pack sesame seeds
Slaw
- 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
- ½ pack slaw
- 1 pack crispy noodles
- 1 pack lime ponzu
From the Pantry
- Salt & Pepper

Prep salmon Pat salmon dry and cut into 2 pieces. Place on a lined oven tray, spread with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cook salmon Bake (on upper middle-upper oven rack) for 6-8 minutes (depending on thickness), for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, prep capsicum and combine slaw In a bowl, toss capsicum and slaw with crispy noodles and lime ponzu. Season if needed.

Serve, slaw topped with salmon.
