Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 pack marinated chicken stir-fry
 
Salad
- 1½ bundles soba noodles
 - 1 pack green beans
 - ½ pack slaw
 - 1 pack sesame seeds
 - 1 pack noodle dressing
 
To Serve
- Roasted sesame dressing
 - Crispy fried shallots
 
From the Pantry
- Oil
 - Salt & Pepper
 
Steps
- 
                  Cook chicken Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on high heat. Season chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until just cooked. Cover to rest.
 - 
                  Meanwhile, cook noodles & beans Cook noodles in pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes. Add beans and cook for 2 more minutes, until just noodles are just cooked. Drain, run under cold tap and shake to drain well. Use kitchen scissors to cut in a few places, if desired.

                  Combine salad Toss noodles, beans, slaw, sesame seeds and noodle dressing together (add noodle dressing to suit your tastes). Season.
 - 
                  To finish, chicken on noodles. Drizzle over roasted sesame dressing and top with crispy shallots
