Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup Lite Blue milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy (1 – 2 minutes).
  • Tip: if the portion feels too large, start with half or sip slowly over 20-30 minutes.
