Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Fresh or frozen berries
- 1/2 Banana
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 3/4 cup Lite Blue milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy (1 – 2 minutes).
- Tip: if the portion feels too large, start with half or sip slowly over 20-30 minutes.
