Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150°C (or 170 fan bake)
  • Remove individual kale leaves from stalk.
  • Evenly place kale leaves on lined baking tray with measure of olive oil – massage into the kale, then sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake until edges are slightly browned, but not burnt (8-15 minutes) – keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly! Enjoy.
