Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations or Skips after 11:59pm on the Monday before the relevant Delivery Date. In order to create your food bag each week our team starts sourcing immediately after orders lock at Monday midnight. Once the ingredients for your bag have started to be sourced, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.

Refund Policy

There are certain situations where refunds or credits may be granted, please see our policy page in our Help Centre for more information. Refunds or credits are not provided for accidental orders or change of mind. We process all refunds immediately. Any refunds or credits are subject to our T&Cs.

Address Policy

Your delivery information will be confirmed at point of order. Any redirection of your order must be made by Tuesday 7 PM in your account. Please note, redirections can only be made within your general region after 11:59pm Monday cut-off.
